Fifteen points apiece from Flavien Davis and Tim Rotruck led the Vikings to a 57-41 victory over second place Beaver Dam on Tuesday night.

The Vikings used an 11-0 run spanning the end of the first quarter and beginning of the second quarter to take a 19-11 lead and would let the Beavers no closer than 6 points the rest of the way. The Vikings overpowered the Beavers in the fourth quarter, holding them to just 4 points over the first 6:30 of the frame, as they turned a 9-point lead into a 19-point lead. Wisco scored on 8 of its first 10 possessions in the quarter, including 6 straight, while only allowing Beaver Dam to score on 2 of 10 possessions during that time. The Vikings shot 67% in the final stanza and forced the Beavers into 5 turnovers in the quarter.

For the game, Wisco shot a sizzling 55% from the floor and 73% from the free throw line. They outrebounded Beaver Dam and forced them into 15 turnovers. Flavien Davis and Tim Rotruck each scored 15 points to lead the Vikings, and Jake Gordon, Terry Nash, and Josh Gordon each chipped in with 6 points apiece. Davis added 6 rebounds, Rotruck, 5, and Nash, 4, for the Vikings.

Wisco travels to West Bend East to take on the Suns on Friday, January 29, in a 7:30 PM game.
